He has a broad range of experience helping organisations to achieve their people and talent strategy from; supporting the design and delivery of leadership development programmes; leading large- scale assessment projects to identify and develop future leaders and working with clients to drive employee engagement and create a more inclusive culture.
Recent key assignment included senior assessments, coaching and orchestrating development plans for high potential leaders for a large government organisation. Anesh uses his global mindset and understanding of people and organizations' complexities to enable changes and growth.
Born and brought up in Kuwait, Anesh Jagtiani has worked in the Middle East his entire career. His corporate experience was with AMRO and Deutsche Bank Private Banking where he was managing a portfolio of $150 million of High Net Worth clients. Anesh has consulted with and delivered programs for companies in industries such as Financial Services, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Professional Services, Technology, Telecom, FMCG, Real Estate, Education and many others.
