Erin is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst, trainer, and certified coach with over 16 years of experience in youth development and team leadership. She co-founded Camp SkyWild, a nonprofit dedicated to creating joyful, inclusive recreational experiences for neurodivergent individuals and their families. With a background in behavior analysis and a deep understanding of group dynamics, Erin specializes in helping teams and organizations build connection, trust, and sustainable systems for growth.

At ForumWithin, Erin serves as a consultant, facilitator, and administrative lead, combining her love of coaching with her talent for organizing systems that help teams thrive. She brings a thoughtful, approachable style to every engagement—whether guiding leadership forums, training staff, or building programs that change lives. When she’s not working, Erin can usually be found chasing her adventurous 4 year old or dreaming up the next big idea for increasing inclusion and belonging.​
