Erin Ross
Erin is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst, trainer, and certified coach with over 16 years of experience in youth development and team leadership. She co-founded Camp SkyWild, a nonprofit dedicated to creating joyful, inclusive recreational experiences for neurodivergent individuals and their families. With a background in behavior analysis and a deep understanding of group dynamics, Erin specializes in helping teams and organizations build connection, trust, and sustainable systems for growth.
At ForumWithin, Erin serves as a consultant, facilitator, and administrative lead, combining her love of coaching with her talent for organizing systems that help teams thrive. She brings a thoughtful, approachable style to every engagement—whether guiding leadership forums, training staff, or building programs that change lives. When she’s not working, Erin can usually be found chasing her adventurous toddler or dreaming up the next big idea for camp.
