John Drury is a seasoned facilitator and executive leader with deep experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and group facilitation. He co-founded Harris, Drury Advertising and spent 17 years building the firm into a $100 million business with a team of 110. He later joined AutoNation, where he led national marketing efforts for a Fortune 100 company, managing a $250 million budget across more than 300 retail locations and contributing to the company’s growth into a $22 billion enterprise.

John has been a YPO member since 1996 and brings over three decades of experience studying human behavior and working with senior executives and leadership teams. For more than 25 years, he has facilitated YPO and WPO Forums, EO Forums, corporate executive teams, and experiential leadership programs. He is a YPO/WPO Certified Facilitator and a Certified Shadow Work® Coach.
