Maria Alexander has over 30 years of leadership and recruitment leadership experience with globally recognized brands, specializing in the airline, manufacturing & production, telecom, healthcare, education and banking/finance industries.  As a Vice President, Client Delivery with PeopleScout, she had a proven track record of business development, team building, associate retention and career development across client accounts averaging  from several hundred to 10,000+ hires annually. 

Maria also has lead teams with experience in University Relations and Campus sourcing. Most recently, she managed a flexible team of up to several hundred resources including partnering with global support resources. Maria has also managed a RPO vendor relationship on the internal Talent Acquisition side.  Maria has an exceptional ability to understand her client’s business needs and build strong relationships across the partnership with key stakeholders and talent acquisition leaders. Prior to her experience at PeopleScout, Maria retired from Bank of America after 22 years of service in both financial services and Talent Acquisition.
