Our coaches meet with team members individually between forum meetings to dig into their motivations, emotions, and thinking process. Your people self-schedule their coaching sessions online and meet with their coach virtually.
Coaching isn't therapy. When therapeutic issues arise such as domestic disputes, suicidal ideation, addiction or violence in a coaching session, our coaches can make specific or general referrals to a specialist. We strive to help you find 'your best you' both personally and professionally.
The forum environment provokes self-reflection and communication in a way that breaks down silos and unproductive competition across an organization.
