Executive Assistant
Erin Ross
Erin Ross is a licensed and board certified behavior analyst, camp director, and consultant from Ann Arbor, MI. Erin began her youth development career in 2008 while in undergrad and never looked back. After working with special needs populations in summer camp spaces, Erin decided to pursue a masters degree in autism and behavior analysis. She is passionate about increasing happiness, independence, and quality of life by bringing typical childhood experiences to people who think and learn in different kinds of ways. She took a break from her career in direct therapy so she can enjoy her new role as “Mama”. When she’s not running around at camp or chasing her toddler, you can find Erin consulting and training on neurodiversity and inclusion at youth development and recreation programs around the country.
